Global confusion over ‘with or due to’ corona death and the funeral procession of Indian economy due to lockdown

Thousands and thousands of human deaths being reported all over the world due to COVID 19 ever since the first outbreak of novel corona occurred from Wuhan, China. 

But today, the entire medical and scientific community are a bit confused over how to designate the mortality because the post-mortem examination of the patients who were initially thought have been died of COVID 19 tells a new story which was not known or heard before.    

The post-mortem examination of lungs and other internal organs of the above patients have revealed a different picture to the medical fraternity that https://science.thewire.in/health/what-the-first-covid-19-autopsy-reports-tell-us/ many of the patients died were with novel coronavirus and not due to novel coronavirus.   It means the ‘poor or innocent’ novel coronavirus was not the cause of death. 

Now the far developed countries like US, UK, Italy etc., wants to call all such deaths as not due to corona but with corona.  A patient has corona virus but the death was not due the virus and that is why the medical fraternity wants to designate all such deaths as ‘with corona’ but not due to. 

The big question is how many people have really died due to coronavirus and if the number were small then how the government can coronate novel coronavirus, scare and adopt lock-down India measure to prevent the spread? 

If the deaths were due to poor immunity of the host, co-morbidity conditions, acute renal failure, cardio-vascular diseases, severe diabetes etc., then any microbial infection is sufficient to aggravate the pre-existing medical condition.   

Another facet of COVID 19 treatment that got revealed recently from the post-mortem is about the role of ventilator in causing more deaths than mere oxygen supply through nostril.   But soon after the positive cases of coronavirus was reported, India started to celebrate COVID 19 with an impulsive order to purchase large number of ventilators so that the patients can be saved thorough life support system.

Our central government is kidding and making jokes at our economy by shutting down India with the sense of relief and pride that through lock down, the spread of coronavirus can be prevented. 

Whether the government of India has data on the actual number of coronavirus positive cases is quite doubtful.  It is impossible for the government to have any data on corona positivity in India not been tested until now, because of the hunting procedure adopted by our government to identify, test and quarantine those with coronavirus has really scared people not to reveal any of their medical conditions that may be due to coronavirus.  Government has deterred people from reporting than come forward confidently as the government is with the citizen.

Day after day, we are moving from ignorance to confusion and all our new sets of wisdom are leading us to an avalanche of new learning and all our policy makers are in quincuncial state as to how to deal the mess created by them.

Indeed coronavirus has done some harm to India but the real harm is the lock down measure of Modi and not the coronavirus.  People are really scared that coronavirus may kill them and due to the unfounded fear, people remains silent and cud-chewing the lock down thinking that the lock down may give them new lease of life. 

The real death of all those  going to be alive is only yet to start after post lock down period.    

Modi broke the spinal cord of Indian economy by clamping demonetization with a tall promise that demonetization would end corruption and would bring black money.  Neither corruption got removed nor did black money come back to our system.  People were fooled at the end.    Then he introduced GST in a bizarre manner and killed entire informal economy in India.  Now in the name of saving humanity in India, Modi has killed the formal economy also through lock down. 

Coronavirus came as curse or blessings to the present government, we really needs to ask. 

Thanks to coronavirus, Modi could hide and burry all his disastrous failures and mis-governance of economy under the carpet.  But Indians may not forgive Modi this time because the disastrous consequences of his worst handling of economy have reached every village, every street and every hutment in India.  Even the last man in the street started to learn a little about economics, thanks to Modi. 

Ram temple, frequent referencing of certain versus from Mahabharat, watching Ramayana serial or accusing some sect of community for spreading coronavirus and eloquent emotional rhetoric are not going to work before hunger and unemployment.  

If people again listen and follow Modi thinking that he would save India, it is not coronavirus or Modi is going to kill India, only those who follow and support Modi are going to kill India and certainly they are digging own graveyard.   

In a country like India, stopping coronavirus is impossible and it can be achieved only through sensitization and leaving the responsibility to people.  The role of government should limited to creating mobile clinics and other medical aids at door step of needy.  People need livelihood as importantly as how they should not contract coronavirus.  Much before the virus attack them the hunger, loss of livelihood and hopeless future are going to attack and kill them. 

What we witness today is nothing but our gathering for the funeral procession our economy and soon we may collect the ashes after cremation to immerse the same in some holy river in India.  

Certainly novel coronavirus will be kind to us to let us live to witness the complete destruction of our economy at the hands of Modi, the democratically elected Prime Minister of India with absolute majority.  India thanks Modi.
