Post April 14 measures must be scientific, should not let go like the fate of Abhimanyu who entered Chakravyuha

No one in India would dare to question the intention or integrity of our Honourable Prime Minister Modi.  Because of lock down anger, no sensible Indian is going to support the dynast Raghul Gandhi or other tukede tukede gangs to come to power to spread again another Corona called corruption and dynastic politics.

Knowingly or due to an international pressure or due to ill-trained advice of some medical experts, Modi has gone for lock down India for 21 days without any elementary preparation at ground.
Having done that, India is nearing towards the end of lock down period of April 14.

The post lock down period must be planned and programmed well so that the COVID 19 shall never get another chance to strike India.  Otherwise all our collective efforts would go in vain and the lock down would go the way Abhimanyu had ended his life after entering Chakravyuha but did not know how to escape from it.

The state and centre must fully participate and co-operate without any politics and only then the purpose and the cost of lock down, we can convert as success.

The entry of COVID 19 to rural population has just taken place.  How many days it may take for the virus to cause its ravage, how deadly it would be, how many are going to get affected etc., we cannot predict or forecast now.   Therefore we must give adequate, at least 3 month washout period post April 14 to cool the situation.

To start with, the state level educational institutions especially schools whether it is state board or CBSE or otherwise should be allowed to open only after July 2020.  If children ever picks up the virus it would spread like wild fire and again it can come back to our society more vigorously and dangerously like Tadaka.

Similarly the engineering colleges, institutes and public, private or partly funded private institutes that impart various engineering course, pure science and other allied filed and where fifty percentage of students study in all such institutions are from various states must be closed down until July 14, 2020.  The humanitarian question before the government is that how to ensure salary to all the teachers in several private schools and colleges during the period.  Both state and centre must support the private educational institutions to ensure no one is unpaid during the forced holiday period.

Industries and manufacturing sectors must be allowed to function in full swing with utmost care and caution.  If necessary, the industry must be advised to bear the medical expense of all those employees who fall ill.  Strict self-discipline such as wearing mask, hand sanitization and social distancing during working hours, during lunch house etc., must be mandated.

Shops and other establishments, traders, small vendors etc., must be allowed to work but with mask and proper social distancing.   The local transport must be allowed to run but with the condition that no passenger shall travel without mask and no bus or auto or share-auto or other mode of public transport should be allowed to play with over-crowding of passengers.

Government employees who are above 55 years in state services at clerical and non-administrative level must be told to avail all their leaves and stay at home so that they are protected.  To address the shortage of staff in government offices, several unemployed youths can be accommodated for a consolidated pay and that way we can also help several unemployed youths to have some livelihood and prevent them from roaming around for job and catch the infection.

Continuous sensitization and proper awareness should be the primary goal of all state governments to prevent the community spread of COVID 19 after April 14.

The most critical step should be closing down of colleges and central public or private institutions of higher education and residential colleges which have about 50% of students from various states.
Overpowering and eliminating COVID 19 is not at all difficult if collective and committed effort and participation of every one is achieved.

We should make our life normal but at the same time our awareness must be extra-normal, excess and extreme to catch and prevent the spread of COVID 19.
