Anomalous, virulent economic stimulus needed, psychic economics not wise, to save India, grant NYAY to people

Nothing can destroy our economy better than the senseless lockdown of Modi. 

No new destruction is possible to our economy beyond demonetization, horribly implemented GST and the senseless lockdown. 

Need of the hour is not Harvard economists or conservative school of economic thinking, but quite anomalous, highly infective economic stimulus that could spread and reach every Indian instantaneously even before the coronavirus could contract them. 

Let them wear mask, wash hands frequently, follow social distancing or be in quarantine or containment chamber, but still the economic package of Modi government must reach them, transform them and such stimulus must transform India as well. 

But sadly, what Modi has adopted so far is giving DNS (Dextrose Normal Saline) to a patient in comatose state with multiple organ failure and such measure is neither going to save the patient nor going to make him fit even if survives, in rest of his life.  Such survival is going to be more burdensome both to the individual as well as to the nation. 

Therefore Modi must bring the most bizarre, eccentric, anomalous, perverted economic approach which may not have been taught in any school of economics and only such measure alone can create ‘new demand’ in our market.  Market driven economy and not savings based economy is need of the hour. 

People should be encouraged to spent money and that is possible only when the government bravely announce the following

1.  People earn up to one crore annual income (salaried class and service providers), Govt. must waive income tax on all expenses incurred by the individual up to 50 lakh per annum.  Let the expenditure is incurred for buying safety pin or jokey shot or mobile phone or liquor or samosa and pizza or luxury car, provided the transactions are in digital mode.  Also provide exemption from income tax on all savings in nationalized banks.  Never include savings and expenditure in the income calculation.  In other words, remove income tax for those who earn up to 1 crore salary per year

2.    Further the government should bear the insurance premium of all health insurance schemes of all citizens’ for two years and the individuals or the family need not pay the premium

  

3.     The housing loan and all other bank loans starting from March 25 till December 2020 must be waved and should not be accrued to the premium

4.     For all industries, up to a turnover of 50 crore, waive all GST for a period of 1 year and 75% of GST for other industries irrespective of the turnover or GP

5.   For automobile industry, wave road tax, reduce the tax on vehicle, cancel all past arrears of the industry to the government, provide free power supply for 6 months so that the automobile sector can reduce the price of the product that they manufacture considerably to attract customers

6.     For every customer, monthly 2 litter of petrol must be given free of cost for one year (two wheeler or four wheeler vehicle)

7.     All those who have total family income below 50,000 per year must be given free ration, milk, free power supply, free public transport etc., for at least 1 year

8.     Give companies total tax exception on their various expenditures including special bonus up to 70% of their turnover, exclude the expenditure amount from income tax calculation by treating the said amount not as part of the earning of the company, and then tax accordingly.  Such stimulus would help the companies to increase the salaries and wages of the employees

9.     Suspend the activities of customs service, Income tax department and all other related departments for two years…… Government can generate huge revenue from such lockdown

10.  Once people are totally and completely freed from the tax burden provided they make expenditure and pump the money in the market, the market will automatically boom

11.  People will have cash flow, will have liberal tendency to spent, the employer too will have large heart to pay more salary to the employees, everyone will enjoy their life, India will grow.  Let the government of India and respective state governments choke and suffocate for a year, doesn’t matter

12.  Modi must realize that such bizarre and anomalous suggestion of the author is not going to harm India because maximum harm the lockdown has already implicated to our economy 

13.  Along with all the above measures, the collateral free loan also must be provided by our banks.  Even if such situation may make more Vijay Mallya, Mehul Chopsy and Nirav Modi, let them be in India and as long as they are not allowed to flee the country, that is enough  

When the Health Ministry and scientists in government funded research organizations can conduct research and clinical trial of Ashwagandha and other plants for COVID 19, the above economic stimulus will not be eccentric or barbaric 

Tax, Red tapism and labyrinthine etc., only kill our economy and not corruption or bribe because the looted money in some form or other, leaches back to the market and some way or other, it provides employment and livelihood to many. 

The purpose of the article is not to promote corruption but let us not see corruption and bribe so step-motherly because all most all Indians are corrupt at least at heart on many issues if not in economic matters. 

Those who want to shoot the massager must remember the saying of the Jesus Christ “let he who is without sin cast the first stone”.

Today we do not need brightest, Harvard based economist but simple, country side, crude economist is enough, who will not mess up the economy with several theories and models but will suggest what would transform the life and market. 

Today every Indian are singing the song written by Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus for the ABBA Pop group and are searching the WEALTHY MAN who would make them rich, the song goes like this

Hope Modi will be the Man Indians are searching. 

If they could not find that man in Modi, naturally people would search in Raghul Gandhi or in others who may give NYAY to them.

Sometime we must ruin the already ruined India to rebuild afresh.  Modi has destroyed our economy through senseless lockdown, let us ruin it further to rebuild with happiness and total commitment of every Indian.   Fill their valet first; people will voluntarily come forward to re-build India.
